Daily Itinerary

Arrival + Welcome

Day 1

  • Private flight from SJO - QXP
  • Arrival at KSTR Sanctuary
  • Welcome presentation
  • Private tour of the sanctuary grounds
  • Night hike to explore local nocturnal wildlife
Manuel Antonio National Park

Day 2

  • Breakfast at KSTR
  • Morning guided hike through Manuel Antonio National Park
  • Lunch in town (self-paid) or return to KSTR
  • Free time for beach and shopping
  • Dinner back at the sanctuary
Volunteer Day + River BBQ

Day 3

  • Breakfast at KSTR
  • Full-day volunteering at the wildlife sanctuary (9am–4pm)
  • Lunch at KSTR
  • Evening BBQ dinner at a nearby river conservation site
  • Swimming and relaxing
Reptiles, Waterfalls + Beach Towns

Day 4

  • Breakfast at KSTR
  • Morning tour of Reptilandia (native reptile park)
  • Hike to Nauyaca Waterfalls with picnic-style lunch
  • Optional visit to Dominical beach town for coffee, shops, and ice cream
  • Dinner back at KSTR
Corcovado + Boruca Cultural Experience

Day 5 - 6

  • Multi-day expedition to Corcovado National Park
  • Cultural immersion with the Boruca Indigenous Community
  • Learn traditional crafts and community-led conservation methods
Sea Turtle Tour + Sunset Catamaran

Day 7

  • Breakfast at KSTR
  • Morning visit to Crocal for sea turtle conservation tour
  • Optional humanitarian activity: bring school supplies, hygiene items, or clothing donations
  • Sunset Catamaran Tour with snorkeling, drinks, dinner, and closing ceremony
Departure

Day 8

  • Depart KSTR Sanctuary
  • Private flight from QXP - SJO
  • Group goodbyes - depart for international flights at SJO
