Rhino River Lodge is a family-owned and operated Big 5 safari lodge located in the magnificent 57 000 acre Manyoni Private Game Reserve situated in the heart of Zululand in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, just a leisurely 3 hour drive north of King Shaka International Airport in Durban, and only 30kms north of Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park.

While we strive to offer an unforgettable wildlife experience, sightings of specific animals or species are subject to their natural behaviors and cannot be guaranteed. Animal placement, veterinary medical emergencies, and program schedules can potentially cause delays or conflicts in schedule.
The Global Conservation Force Team will do its absolute best to make sure you are able to participate in this category. In the event the duration of the trip does not successfully overlap with the goals of the trip, the funds raised will be utilized to accomplish the goal of a necessary wildlife veterinary or game (wildlife) management detail such as wildlife gps collars, relocations, and treatments.
Activities and itinerary are subject to change due to the potential of unforeseen weather events. If deemed unsafe, changes to itinerary will be made and in the worst case canceled.
