Refund and Orders Policy – TheSOSA.com
1. No Refunds Policy
At The SOSA, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Schedule conflicts
- Personal reasons
We encourage you to carefully review all details before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
In extreme and verifiable situations (e.g., medical emergencies), we may review your case at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us at [insert support email] with supporting documentation, and we will evaluate the request.
Please note that even in exceptional cases, a refund is not guaranteed, and any decisions made by The SOSA will be final.
3. Order Changes or Modifications
Changes to your order, including transfer requests to other events or trips, are subject to availability and approval. Such requests must be made at least [X days] in advance of the scheduled event or trip. Fees may apply for any modifications.
4. Payment Plans
For orders placed under a payment plan, all payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your booking without a refund.

The SOSA x LIC
Cancellation Policy
Timeframe
* If cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to the trip start date, a full refund will be issued, minus a $500 administration fee.
* If cancellation occurs between 60-89 days prior to the trip start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
* If cancellation occurs between 30-59 days prior to the trip start date, a 25% refund will be issued.
* If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the trip start date, no refund will be issued.
Exceptions:
* In the event of a natural disaster, war, or other extreme circumstances that make it impossible for the expedition to take place, The SOSA will issue a full refund.
* If The SOSA is unable to fill the trip and cancel it, we will issue a full refund.
Voucher Option:
In lieu of a refund, customers may opt to receive a voucher for the amount paid, redeemable towards another expedition trip with our company within the next 12 months. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the original trip start date and can be used towards any available expedition trip.
Waiver Form:
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participating in an expedition trip with The SOSA involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical harm, illness, and property damage. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the cancellation policy and agree to its terms.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I release and hold harmless The SOSA, its employees, guides, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any damage or injury to me or my property during the expedition trip.
CANCELATION POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that the cancellation policy outlined above will be applied in the event that I need to cancel my trip. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the policy and agree to its terms.
Voucher Option ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that if I choose to cancel my trip, I may opt to receive a voucher for the amount paid, redeemable towards another expedition trip with The SOSA within the next 12 months.
